I had the most amazing privilege to coach Ted around his relationship struggles.  It is important to look at the thoughts you have about relationships.  Our thoughts create our beliefs and our beliefs create our actions.  If you hold the thought  I am not attractive enough who would want me?. We come to believe it and the action is we don't participate in meeting a partner.  Because we are acting out the thought  I am not attractive enough who would want me.
The first step is pay attention to your thoughts and ask yourself is this thought hurting or helping me?
