YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THESE RULES.


Contest Rules:

In order to qualify for the prize drawing, all you have to do is drop us a quick e-mail. The following rules apply:

1. Your full name and mailing address MUST be included with your entry. (This is necessary to notify the winner. Specific mailing address information will be kept confidential.)

2. Only ONE entry per person, per sweepstakes please!

3. Contest open to residents of the United States of America, 18 years of age or older. To be eligible to win, the contestant must reside in the Portland-Auburn Designated Market Area (DMA) which includes the following counties in Maine: Androscoggin, Cumberland, Franklin, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Sagadahoc, and York. Plus Carroll (NH) and Coos (NH)

4. Family and friends of FOX23 staff are not eligible.
